There were moments where she felt like a flower again, sitting in the grass and feeling one with the earth, the dirt. Tiny ghost vibrations ran through her body, but it was a ghost feeling, unobtainable and ever so distant. She didn’t have access to the ground anymore, the minerals or its magical properties. The pros of being a human though, was being able to enjoy tea. She was both repulsed and ecstatic about her new sense of taste. Sophie enjoyed visiting the Mad Hatter and March Hare over for some unbirthday tea and biscuits. Today, she found that it wasn’t frequented by either of them. It seemed unnatural for there to be no one occupying the long table filled with odds and bits of tea things.

On arrival she put it upon her to make her own pot of tea. They sure wouldn’t mind her taking as she pleased, they would have offered it to her anyways, so it was acceptable…. Right? Anyways, she put a pot of water to boil as she set up a little section for her own personal tea party. She cleared out the crumbs on the long side of the table. The sugar bits were everywhere, teacups and pots open and strewn about. Her hands gently rearranged a large teapot knocked over by life. She picked out a clean teacup and set it by her area. Placing her hands on her hips she walked around, wondering where they placed the biscuits. Her eyes stopped on an elegant box, she opened it curiously, cookies!

She brought over the sweets to her area and it in front of her teacup. She had her own little tea party, it was just about ready as she heard the water come to a slow boil. Pouring the water over an unused tea bag, she relished the scent of the tea. Sure, they were plants, but it was too delicious to fight her want for it. Sophie sat down, waiting for her tea to steep, excited to partake in this practice.

I love making graphics, but I never know what to do and for who! So, I figured I would open it up to the floor for requests, but I will be straight with you if I really don't think I could do it. Please do give me any request you can think of and I'll try my best to accommodate!

She had found a clearing a little ways from the flower bed that she had first gained consciousness of herself and her surroundings. No matter how many distractions she found herself encircled with, she could always feel ghost petals missing from her human body. Her bare feet felt the scratch of the tall grass, crushing under her weight as if she were a giant. That alone was not enough to avoid the other pieces of grass that touched her legs, like little fingers that danced across her skin. The feeling gave her chills along her spine as she crossed the clearing. Her eyes glanced up at the sky, giant clouds were covering the light of the sun, and she looked behind her at the path she made.

The silence of her surroundings was deafening, was there anyone around? She turned around to see a single thin line in a sea of green from where she the earth bore her mark. There was no one here, not a single soul to watch. Her gaze fell down to the ground, her feet disappeared under the grass. A gust brushed her white dress at her knees, combed through her tresses, a mess of brunette across her visage. Her thin eyelids closed over her eyes and she danced. First her arms lifted up; perhaps they became petals in that second because they began to flow in the wind. Her body danced around as if she were a flower again, a piece of flora in the midst of a summer’s gust.

[dohtml]

There was a time for reading poems, for grass stains on her knees while planting tulips in the flower garden. It wasn’t a new experience for her to have visited the Royal City Library; there wasn’t enough poetry in the world that could satiate her need. Her human feet were rather convenient now as she made her way into the library, as a frequent reader, the books appeared to be where she left it last. She looked down at John Keats’ collection in her arms, gave it a squeeze to her chest, and placed it back onto its proper place on the shelf. Her eyes scanned the leather bound spines of the ancient treasures, fingers grazed over the names of immortalized poets and their legacies. What would it be like to be able to live amongst these books, to be one of the greatest poets of Wonderland? London?

Sophie crossed her arms across her chest, scarcely knowing what to do next. “Pillowed upon my fair love’s ripening breast, to feel forever its soft fall and swell…” She breathed the words of Keats, wondering how he had written this for his lover. What would it be like to be someone to have warranted such striking words? She squeezed her body close to her before backing away from the bookshelf, stopping when she felt her heel touch the opposite shelf. Poetry had a way of planting itself into her mind, appealing to her tongue before she actually had the conscious decision to put it into actual words. It was involuntary; her mouth’s motion for voicing glorious one-liners was out of her control. She pressed the tips of her hand to her lips, wishing it would stay silent.

How could something so beautiful be kept in only books? She continued to let her eyes roam where they will. “Awake forever in a sweet unrest.” Clouds formed behind her eyes. “Still, still, to hear her tender taken breath. And so live ever, or else swoon to death.” Her lips continued to move against the press of her fingers. She closed her eyes, picturing the sky above her when she had been a little pansy. The breeze brushed her petals and it felt… There were no human words that could quite describe; it was a feeling only a flower could experience. She opened her eyes, her heart aching from the memory, she felt like she was missing pieces of herself; almost could feel her ghost petals where they should have been.

Sophie here is your Wonderland pansy, the youngest in the flowerbed and most susceptible to any kind of influence, be it good or bad. She has a dire need to always be living her life to the fullest, due to the fact that she didn't go to London like her sisters did when it was opened, life with regret is not worth living. So she has put it in her head that she has to say yes to everything that sounds remotely interesting. I'm sure there are many who could easily offer her some candy and lead her down into a dark dungeon where the purported rainbow unicorn resides. Please offer any kind of ridiculous scenario, Sophie will most likely go along with it like the sweet flower she is.

Friends are a given, she's a bubbly character who enjoys company. She loves people passionately, always with her whole self until they can no longer stand her. Her love knows no bounds and her cheerfulness can draw in the most pessimistic sorts, maybe.

In the case that it doesn't, enemies could be a possibility for Sophie. Her naivety could be awfully annoying, and her questions, it could drive someone up the wall. She wouldn't have any enemies ever, just people that haven't gotten to know her well enough!

Lovers are a strange area for her, kind of a forbidden fruit she's only heard about in stories, so whatever happens, happens. It's all fair game.
